    Printing Unit

    • Automatic plate change (FAPC) without tail bending and with programmed sequence
    • Plate mounting accuracy of 0.05 mm. Plate changes do not require operator presence.

    • Blanket cylinders with anti-rust treatment
    • Double-diameter impression cylinders with anti-rust treatment

    • inking stability at any print speed, including long runs.
    • Remote ink distribution control between front and back rollers

    HUV System is equipped as follows:

    • End of press: 1 lamp (H-UV lamp and a conventional UV lamp)
    • Drying unit: 1 lamp (H-UV lamp and a conventional UV lamp)
    • Interdeck: 3 interdeck lamps moveable between 5 positions (H-UV lamp and a conventional UV lamp)
